Outlook 2002 overwrite my settings

Can anybody help me?
My Outlook sometimes overwrite the settings of my POP3 server (from my added
server to "localhost") and of course it doesn't operate correctly after it.
What can be the problem?
I can write my POP3 server's settings back to the setting panel and it
temporary solves this problem, but later the Outlook overwrite my data again.
How can I solve this problem perfectly and what can cause it?

Antivirus email integration often does this? Is anti-virus email integration
enabled?
