Dear all,
we are using Outlook 2002 on Windows 2000 clients. When I print an
email which I received in "Rich Text" format, the printout swallow
some lines of the original text at the footer and header area.
This happens ONLY for the footer of the first page and the header of
the second page. It is OK for the following pages !
This is independent of the printer and printer drivers.
As work around, the user has to change the format to "Plain text",
than it works for all pages.
I'm curious if someone has a solution (instead of the workaround) for
me.
Best regards, Werner
