outlook 2002: programatically generating a search form which searches user-defined contacts fields?

Hi

I'm looking for some sample code whcih does the following:

adds a button or menu item which when selected, brings up a simple
dialgoue box which allows search of a couple of user-defined fields
(defined at folder-level) in a folder of contact-derived items.
Currently its possible to do this manually through the 'advanced
search' dialogue, but given that most searches will be on just a
couple of fields (both user-defined), I'd like to make th search more
accessible for the end-users -- I know there are lots of ways into
this, but I'm more interested in a simple, ptagmatic solution than
lots of code snippets comparing and contrasting CDO/ADO etc
techniques!
