Outlook 2002 Public Folder expanded setting?

When a user is in Outlook and expands all public folders they would like that
setting to be retained. As it is now when they exit Outlook and come back in
he Public Folders are "collapsed" and they must be manually "expanded". Is
there a way to have out look remember to expand the folders "automatically"?

I believe that is not possible.
