For some reason my copy of outlook started to pick up only the headers from
the ISP server. I realised the problem and set the flag on each message to
retrieve and delete from the server. When I connected to the ISP the three
messages in my inbox duplicated so I had the same header twice for each. I
connected again and the three original messages came through and I guess
deleted the messages from the server. I now have the 3 duplicate header
messages in my outlook in box but I guess as the 3 original messages were
deleted from the server they cannot find them and therefore are not
disappearing from my in box.
I have tried everything I know to get rid of them but nothing seems to work.
Have you any ideas?
