Outlook 2002 on exchange Servers on Windows XP SP2
On all computers this happens systematically.
When our client reply for a third time to a Hotmail account message they get
the following error message:
"This form requires Word as your e-mail editor, but Word is either busy or
cannot be found. The form will be opened in the Outlook editor instead."
Afterwards obvioulsy it opens in WordPad. If you go an check Word Editor
back, and open any other emails it works fine, but just on that email that
will be the Third Reply this error message happens every time.
No errors loged into Event Viewer.
I've looked everywhere I can to find an answer to this and I've never been
able to get quite a definite answer.
The problem seems to be related to Outlook 2002 because it works fine with
my Outlook 2007.
Anyone have any clue has to what could be causing Word to crash with only
this particular Reply?
Would appreciate any clue on this matter.
Thanks!
