Outlook 2002 Samsung Smartphone disk won't install over Outlook 2

I attempted to install a licensed copy of Outlook 2002 that Samsung provides
with its i730 smartphone. It was installed over my current version, which is
Outlook 2000. After install, the program exits right after it is launched.
