outlook 2002 scheduled send/receive not working

system is running XP / Outlook 2002 and is on a wired connection to a
wireless / wired router running NAT. 4 email accounts (one a comcast account,
3 at a website hosted by godaddy). XP and Office XP and both up to date on
service packs / updates. Windows firewall running.
pst was moved over from another system on the same network on a wireless
connection running win2k / outlook 2000 where ALL these email accounts
functioned without issue.
Another system on the same network is running XP / Outlook 2003, runs both
wire and wireless, also connects to accounts at comcast and godaddy, and also
does so without issue.

I'll stop at this point, but I'm happy to provide more details as to
resolutions I've tried to date.

How often are you polling for new messages? Are you using email
message checking on your anti-virus program?

One account is polling every 3 mintes; the rest every 60 minutes.

Yes, email message checking is enabled on the antivirus program.

Change the account that is set to check every 3 minutes to check every
10 minutes (minimum recommended polling level).
Yes, email message checking is enabled on the antivirus program.
Disable email scanning in your anti-virus program. It is redundant, as
long as the anti-virus program is running.
