Outlook 2002 scheduled send/receive

Outlook will not periodically poll for messages. Have changed interval to 10
minutes, no effect, verified that schedule is not disabled. Deleted and
reinstalled groups, still no polling. This used to work and as far as I know
was not changed with the exception that WinFax Pro was reinstalled. There is
apparently an issue with WinFax not playing correctly with Outlook, although
the problem description is different from the problem that I am having.

Anyone have any ideas?
