Outlook 2002 Security Zones - GPO

I want to control the Security Zones settings within Outlook 2002.
Specifically, iwant to set the zone to 'Internet'. By default, Outlook 2002
sets this to 'Restricted Sites'.
Is it possible to change this via a GPO?
