Outlook 2002 Send Problems

Hi,

Occasionally, like now, when I create an email using a name in my contact
(.pst) list, the email in the Outbox remains bold but not italicized and the
message doesn't get sent. That's the only clue I have with the problem I'm
writing about -- when I click Send All, no action is taken; the email isn't
sent and in fact there's no message in the lower right corner of Outlook
indicating that it tried. Any idea why?
