Outlook 2002 send receive issues

I have a user running Office 2002(XP). Office is fully
patched from officeupdate.com. Using an Exchange 2K
environment. User's mail sits in the outbox until she
clicks on another folder. Mail doesn't come into the
inbox until she does the same thing. Clicking the
send/receive button has no effect. Disabled IM
integration to no effect.

I have been having the same problem with users who have
Windows XP professional. Every one of them has the same
problem with Outlook 2002. If you do find a fix please
let me know. I will do the same for you. Here are 2
Microsoft Knowledge Base Articles that might help you:
328608, 328884. We are still in the process of trying
them.

I too am having the same issues... the sad thing is I have
a 200 roll-out starting next month, so I hope to address
this issue quickly... Please keep me in the loop as
well...

Thanks

Just curious.... What are your time settings under
TOOLS - OPTIONS - MAIL SETUP tab - SEND/RECEIVE? At the
bottom of the screen there is a setting for how often to
check for mail. How many minutes do you show here? We
run Outlook 2002 SP2 in an Exchange 2000 environment and
we have 50 users. We do not experience this problem.
