Since early Dec.2006, after using Outlook 2002 SP3 successfully for years
now, I keep getting the following error message when I try to 'Send/Recieve'
in Outlook. "".... Mail Account - Sending and recieving' reported error
(0x800CCCoF): 'The connection to the server was interupted,If this problem
continues, contact your server administrator or (ISP)."" All the while I'm
connected to the Internet and to the ISP (Earthlink). I've spoken to
Earthlink and after checking ALL the settings 3x's & recreating the profile,
their recommendation is to uninstall Outlook 2002 & re-install?? I can
send/recieve email from their webmail system and have been using Nortons
AntiVirus (w/o Firewall), nor do I use MS Firewall. I've ben using Zone Alarm
Firewall. Nothing has changed, none of these programs are new. Whats up with
this, any other's have these issues??
