Outlook 2002 shut down error

We have installed our Office XP Pro software onto our new computer that has
MS XP Media Center OS. Everytime we use Outlook 2002 when we exit the
application we get a message that an exception has occured. We have to
uncheck the restart box and either Send or Don't Send an error report to quit
the application. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience.

If a Repair install from within Add or Remove Programs doesn't help, you'd
be much better off receiving support in one of the Outlook newsgroups. This
newsgroup supports the OneNote program, not Outlook. Try
microsoft.public.outlook for help.
