Hello,
I've got a bugger of a problem that I can't seem to get around.
I've got Outlook 2002 hitting an exchange server. It can download
messages just fine on entering. But, when I try and hit the "to"
button on a new mail to access the address book, It freezes up for a
couple seconds, then the main outlook window closes and I get a
"remote procedure call failed" error.
Outlook also closes down when I try and access the calendars. It seems
to me that the problem could be happening only when I try to access
the exchange server, but i'm not exactly sure. I can authenticate to
the domain just fine, and I have no other network problems I'm aware
of.
I can log in with the same username/password on another machine and
get in just fine with no problems, so it has to be something on my
laptop.
I am on Windows XP Pro.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook as well as the
entire Office Suite.
I have tested with no other programs running. Even disabled norton
antivirus.
I have also run antivirus with no returns.
PLEASE HELP!!
Thanks,
Alex
