Outlook 2002 slows down

After browsing with Internet Explorer for a while (OS: XP
Pro) I find that Outlook takes longer to load. Then, when
I wish to read my email (already received) from the
inbox, it takes at least 5 or 6 seconds to bring the
message up. Once I reboot, everything works fine.
My system is a Dell XPS machine with 200 gig hardrive and
2 gig ram.
Any ideas?

Just a suggestion, might have already tried it, but I
would delete cookies and the likes and then try...

Try Tools>Options>Other and uncheck "Enable Instant Messa..." Also, empty
your IE cache.
