Outlook 2002 - Sorting the "To" list for a new message

Is there any way to sort the recipient list that comes up in the Select Names window when you create a new email message?

Right now. the window shows "Name", "Display Name", "Email Address" and "Email Type". I want to show the "File As" portion of my contact card. Is there a way to do this or at least to sort the names by Last name rather than First name
