Outlook 2002 SP1

Hi there.

When I install SP1 for Outlook 2002, it slows the program
down. When I go to my inbox and link on a message, it takes
quite a few seconds to open. I have tried reinstalling
Office XP and than reinstalling SP1 but it slows the whole
program down again. If I unintall SP1 it works fine again.
Any ideas out there?
