When sending or receiving messages, a pop-up with "Enter
Network Password" prompts every time I need to send or
receive messages. when I check off "save password in
password list" it doesn't retain it. I tried already the
steps in the regedt32, but it doesnt work

us;290684) can someone tell me what I can do to disable
this? thanks.

I have admin rights and win2k.

Do you have an extra POP3 account that you do not use?
