HAs anyone else come across the following issue with
outlook 2002 SP2 and Windows XP SP1. IF the above is done
then when sending emails they get stuck in the outbox
until another mailbox folder is selected and then they
disappear from the outbox. Also no new incoming mails
appear in the inbox until another mailbox folder is
selected. I had this at my last job with exchange 2000
and the same thing has happened at my new job and we are
now using exchange 2003 that I converted over to last
weekend. From my past investigations it seemed to be XP
SP1 that casued the problem with the Office XP SP2. To
get round the issue I have followed KB 305572 to force
outlook 2002 do poll the exchange server. Has anyone any
ideas or is there a fix available ?
