Outlook 2002 SP2 update won't complete without Office CD

While updating my Outlook 2002 on a W2K Server machine,
the SP2 update won't complete successfully. It asks for
the Office XP CD but when I put the CD in it still doesn't
work. It says I could also point it towards the PRO.MSI
file but I can't find that on my machine or the CD.

Did you install Outlook separately from Office using a CD that came with a
PDA?
