Every time I open Outlook, I get the warning "A program is trying to access
e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?" I
click on No, and altogether get the warning 3 times. Often then the program
tells me it has to close.
I have 2 questions
(1) I understand that the warning is prompted by a program trying to access
the address book, but don't know what the program(s) is/are. Can anyone tell
me what it/they might be, from this list of services running:

(2) Is the program closing linked to this, or is it something else?
Any guidance and help would be appreciated.
Many thanks
