Outlook 2002 SP3

I've downloaded SP 3 for Outlook 2002 and for some reason
cannot install the update. I tried both of the downloads
shown and all I get is an error message, "Office Hotfix
Installer encountered a problem. We are sorry for the
inconvenience." Any thoughts?
