Outlook 2002 toolbar locks

Recently when I sign on to outlook and send/recieve email one time, the menu
bars look up. I deleted the outcmd.dat file but that didnt help. I have
multiple srs, fav and sat files in the outlook folder. I have two file titled
outlook~1.srs and outlook~2.srs. I shold only have one email profile. I took
it to be looked at and unfortunatly after spending $ I still have the same
issue. Can anyone help me with issue. I have tried installing the outlook
but couldnt uninstall.

What do you mean with "the menu bars look up"?
You mean "locks" up?
What exactly happens? Does Office hang entirely or you can use everything in
Outlook except for the menu bars?

Does it work correctly in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

If so, your issue is probably caused by an add-in. To troubleshoot see;

Also check your pst-file for errors and make sure it is smaller than 1.8GB.
