Outlook 2002 /Tools -> Option's Tabs Fonts

Hello,
I am using Outlook 2002
I have the following problem.
When I open tools/ options windows
Text in that windows are larger/ bigger that regular size,
so I cannot see all the "tabs" in that windows

my display size 1280x1024

if you need further details, also I can caption the same
& send as pic.
