Hi, i have a friend who is using Outlook 2002 and is trying to set up an
email account (uses web mail at present).
She is setting up all the details but when she presses the test settings,
she is getting and 'Unable to connect to the Internet or to the Network'
She is using Broadband and on the connection tab has Connect via LAN
checked.
She is also authenticating when trying to connect
She can clearly connect to the Internet, and can receive emails via Outlook.
I suspect this would be the SMTP connection, but as far as i can tell, this
is OK. has anyone any other ideas what could be wrong please
