Outlook 2002 Upgrade Erases all data

Well I've learned my lesson about backing up.

I just upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2002 and all my e-mails are gone. I've
tried finding all the .pst files on my computer and opening each one in
Outlook and they are all blank. Does anyone have any other suggestions, or
did I just lose all my e-mails?
