Outlook 2002 Voting button tracking info pblm.

Scenario - Client sent message using voting buttons. Then
went to track the responses, but found it was tracking a
previous message using voting buttons. Has anyone
experienced this porblem, & if so what was the
cause\resolution?? Tankx, Virgin Poster.
