Under Exhange's "Public Folders"...
I have a public calendar where events are posted by various users in a
group.
These events usually have discussions associated with them. As a
result, I created a public bulletin board. Because the content of the
Calendar Event is discussed on the Bulletin Board, I'd like to
integrate the actions of creating the Calendar event and the Bulletin
Board post into a single action to avoid entry redundancy.
What I was envisioning...when the calendar event is created then,
"saved and closed", I'd like to have the text contents of the calendar
event pasted/inserted into a new Bulletin Board Post of the same
subject then, posted under the Public Folders Bulletin Board.
Is there a non-programtic way of accomplishing this?
