I have just upgraded from NIS 2004 to NIS 2005 and now find that Sent
emails remain stuck in my Outbox revealing time out Error Codes 0x800CCC0B
and 0x8004210B.
Disabling NIS does not solve the problem.
I have all MS Office updates installed including Service Pack 3. I can send
and receive a test message from OL2002 Account Manager to my POP 3 Account.
Are there any solutions to this problem?
