outlook 2002 with xp vs. 9outlook 2000 on win 98

I have an xp pro version using outlook 2002. my co workers
have outlook 2000 using win98. whenever I send a fellow
worker my calendar appt, it is not registering into their
calendar, i.e. it does not appear compatible. please
advise how to correct this problem.

It's a known issue when a meeting request with a reminder on it is sent from
Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2000. See
