Outlook 2002 won't create a new subfolder in the Folder List.

A message pops up that "Outlook can't read the registry information.
Close and restart Outlook.
Reinstall Outlook.
Reinstall Microsoft Exchange or other e-mail system."

This just started happening out of the clear blue sky. I have previously
been able to create subfolders in the Folder List.
