Outlook 2002 won't load

I have a copy of outlook with product key that came with a
PDA, I try to load it, enter the product key and then when
it gets to the step to load and there is a red X next to
outlook 2002 and in parentheses after it the words "not
available". Anbody know whats happening here?

Click on it to get a dropdown with installation options or choose Complete
Install during setup. Does it install then?
