Outlook 2002 xp new problem

A week or so ago, Outlook stopped performing scheduled send/receives. Now
the enter network password pop up keeps opening repeatedly for several of the
accounts. Don't know if the problems are related, but how do you fix it?
Tried all the usual -- close/reopen Outlook; restart computer, shut down
computer, etc.

And your version of Windows is WHAT?

If it was working before and you didn't since change to Windows Vista,
the problem could be a corrupted area of the registry key that caches
the encrypted passwords in the Pstore (Protected Storage). Read:
