Outlook 2002 XP shuts down unexpectedly

I'm not sure why, but Outlook 2k XP just started shutting down for no
reason, either after creating an email, or sending one, or just anything
besides launching it.... No error, just a shutdown...

All updates are done, and this is just one machine out of 24 that is doing
this.. any ideas?

Thanks.

What is logged to the Event Viewer regarding this? And is it Outlook 2000 or
Outlook XP?
