Outlook 2002

Hi
I want to be able to send a copy of my calander to a
colleague so they hcan merge it with theirs also outlook
2002. How do I email it and can it be merged with another
calander\/

You can export it to a .pst file and send that (note: if sending .pst files,
rename the extension to .ps_ and instruct the recipient to rename it when
received.)

Hi
Still having problems with this, even when saved as a pst
file and then extension changed to email when recieved
and extension changed again it can not be opened. I am a
novice at this I am afriad.
