I'm running Outlook 2002 on Windows 98 and our office does not have an
exchange server.. My boss is leaving on vacation and i would like to set up
a rule to automatically reply to incoming emails. What i have done is
created a template with the pertinent info and saved it on my desktop (easy
for me to locate), my problem is that i am having a tough time with the rule
set up. whenever i want to run the rule, it keeps telling me the following:
A value in the 'Rule description' box has not been set. To set a value,
click underlined words at the bottom of the rules wizard.
I have clicked and selected the template that i created. I must be doing
something wrong. Does anyone have any ideas. Maybe an easier step by step
process.
Thanks
