Outlook 2002

For unknown reasons my Outlook has create another Contacts.

Tools, Email Accounts, View or change exsisting directors or address
books, when I go the change it is listing two Contacts: Personal Folders
it says to remove thought I am unsure which one to remove.

In addition I have added several names to my contacts or address book
that are not showing up when I got to send an email. It there anyway to
refresh the data.

Do you have more than one Contacts Folder in the profile? If not, just
remove one of the references to the Contacts Folder. If you remove the wrong
one, just add it back and remove the other. Be sure to restart Outlook.
