Outlook 2002

I installed Windows XP Pro and Office XP Pro on my new
laptop which had Windows XP home on it originally.
Everything seems to work but Outlook. I can't receive
mail. I can send but can't receive. I have the same set
up on our desktop that works perfectly...but no mail will
work from this laptop.
I've reloaded Office and have the same issue. Any ideas?
I have an Inspirion 8600.
