Outlook 2002

I recently installed sp 2 to Office XP. Outlook works fine with one exception. I used to receive delivery and read receipts from almost all recipients and now I only receive them from a few. I have checked in the tracking options and delivery and read receipts requests are both checked. Where should I look now?
