Outlook 2003 11.8002.6568 SP2 and Goldmine 6.7 Corporate Edition

I need help getting GoldMine Link for Microsoft Outlook that my company
purchased from FrontRange Solutions Inc. to work with SP2. Other users in the
office can synch between goldmine and outlook but I can't and the only
difference that I see is that I have SP2. I called Front Range and their
suggestion was that I should uninstall SP2. This is not the solution that I
am looking for and need assistance.
