Ok so I have a client that his folder size is 11GB that runs on Exchange
server. He claims that it crashes and has a slow response time. If anyone can
please give me a suggestion on what to tell him. He does not want to delete
any of them as he uses them for to look back as reference.

Help!! please and thank you

I suggest that he archives his e-mails. Outlook will create an
archive.pst file on his HD and move old e-mails (which he can specify
what is old - Tools Options, and search the tabs for the Archive option).

Then he can always go back into that Archive file (click the + to expand
the archive folder) and get whatever e-mails he wants.

1) Apply synchronization filters liberally to shrink the client side store
size
2) Have a very fast computer with a lot of memory

3) And the fastest, most reliable hard drive you can afford.

You might also consider trying a mail profile that doesn't use Cached Exchange mode, to see if that's less troublesome.
