In Outlook 2003 and 2007, when users attempt to add delegates, the only
option available is "All Contacts." The GAL is not an option. This not a
problem in Outlook 2002/XP.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Outlook
2. Click Tools -> Options -> Delegates (tab) -> Add... (button)
3. The field to the right of the Go button only lists "All Contacts"
The drop down doesn't have any more options such as the GAL. Users are not
able to select a user within Active Directory for delegation. Outlook XP
users have the option to select the GAL. Could this be an Active Directory
or Exchange 2003 setting issue?
