Outlook 2003 3rd party mailboxes

I have been asked to delete a former boss from a secretary’s mailbox. Is it
just a simple of case of opening their mailbox, right click on his name and
delete or is it more in depth like Tools, E-mail accounts etc?

If the secretary has added the other mailbox as a secondary mailbox, you'll need to go into Tools | Email Accounts to edit the Exchange account settings.
