Outlook 2003 account change on "reply" and "forward"

Have multiple email a/c's set up in Outlook. For new emails, uses the default
account with no proble. When either replying or forwarding to a received
email addressed to the default name, it shows a different account (2nd on the
list" as the From address.
Appreciate your help. This is a recent problem that has never occured before.

This one is for OneNote, not Outlook.

Visit one of the Outlook groups.

I neither havenor use One-Note. This is an Outlook issue.
