Outlook 2003: Add-In doesn't load any more

Hi, i programmed an Outlook-Addin in vb .net 2005 and have the problem
that my addin isnt loaded any more.
OL loaded my addin 2 or 3 times but then i dont see any messageboxes
and so on ^^

I tried to register my dll with regsvr32.exe but then i get the message
that "myaddin.dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer-Entry Point
couldn't be found
This file can't be registered."

D'ya have any idea how I solve this problem?
