Outlook 2003 Add-in: Video E-mail ERROR

has anybody experienced problems with this add-in.Every
time i record a video and than click on make a video mail
button it gives me error: Failed to create video mail.

Hi Boris

Yes lots os users have - there is a bug in there - I gave
up on it and removed it.
