Outlook 2003 Add-in Where to start.

Hi there,

I need help to determine, how to to start developing Outllok 2003 add-
in.

But first some info about my environment:

Windows Vista
Visual studio 2005 + vstose
Visual Basic.

In Visual Studio i select New Project

in Project Browser :

A) Visual Basic -> office ->2003 Add-ins (Installed with vstose?)

B) Other Project types -> Extensibility -> Sahred Add-In (installed by
default with Visual studio?)

Information on what add-in will do

My add-in will work with mail message object, will determine the mail
message category,
will host a taskPane control (a button to call taskPane) to manipulate
mail message object, will access Contact folder (keep in mind trusted
application), will call WebService, will have a Set-Up project
(install the prerequisites and add-in), but primary it will Work ;-).

Question:

What (and Why) kind of project do I need A or B?
