Outlook 2003 Add Message Rule "Do not Download it from the server"

In the "Message Rules" on Outlook Express one choice is to "Do not Dowload it
from the server".

My suggestion is that you add this option to Outlook 2003 message rules
options.

I have been using that rule "Do not Download it from the server". It is a
very good message rule option. I am now trying to begin using Outlook 2003
and I really need that rule before I can change over completely.

You're in the wrong newsgroup for your suggestion. This newsgroup supports
OneNote, not either Outlook or Outlook Express.
