One of my users is frustrated when trying to send emails within our network
using Outlook 2003. After composing an email, including adding the person's
email address/name to the To: line, the Global Address Book will pop up right
when he clicks Send. He has valid email addresses in the To: field already,
so he just ends up closing the address book and the email sends w/o further
issues. How can we stop the address book from coming up each time he wants to
send an email? This only happens when he sends to individuals, not groups, by
the way.
Thanks!
